TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: September 18, 2026
Welcome to Little Gospel Post! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Little Gospel Post website, your purchases, and your participation in any Little Gospel Post subscription.
Throughout these Terms, “Little Gospel Post,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Little Gospel Post and its owners/operators. “You” and “your” refer to the individual accessing our website, making a purchase, or managing a subscription.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Little Gospel Post
Little Gospel Post is a physical mail subscription designed to help children explore Bible stories through illustrated letters, activities, collectibles, stickers, Faith Missions, and related materials.
Our products are intended primarily for children, but purchases and subscriptions must be made and managed by an adult who is legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Our website and checkout are not intended for children to independently submit personal information, make purchases, or create subscriptions.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Little Gospel Post offers recurring monthly subscriptions.
When you purchase a monthly subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription according to the billing schedule disclosed to you at checkout.
Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel it.
The subscription price, billing frequency, and other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Current pricing may change in the future. If we change the price of an existing recurring subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
3. Billing and Renewal
Your initial subscription payment is charged when you place your order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Future subscription payments will be charged according to the renewal schedule presented to you when you subscribe.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each recurring payment until your subscription is canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing and payment information.
If a payment fails, we or our subscription/payment provider may attempt to process the payment again. Your subscription or upcoming shipment may be delayed, paused, or canceled if payment cannot be successfully collected.
4. Monthly Adventure Cutoffs
Little Gospel Post Adventures are produced and mailed on a monthly schedule.
For our initial October 2026 Adventure, customers who order by the 30th of each month are eligible to receive the following month's Adventure, subject to availability and successful payment.
Future enrollment deadlines, shipping schedules, and monthly cutoff dates may vary. The applicable deadline displayed on our website or product page at the time of your purchase will govern your order.
Purchasing after a monthly cutoff may mean that your subscription begins with the following available Adventure rather than the Adventure currently being fulfilled.
A stated cutoff date refers to eligibility for that monthly Adventure and does not necessarily mean your package will ship on the cutoff date.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. It does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund a payment that has already been processed.
To prevent your next recurring charge, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal is processed.
If you cancel after a renewal has already been successfully charged and the applicable Adventure has entered preparation or fulfillment, that Adventure may still be shipped to you and the payment may be non-refundable, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through the customer subscription portal provided on our website or by contacting us for assistance.
6. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Because Little Gospel Post Adventures contain printed materials, activities, stickers, collectibles, and potentially personalized components prepared for monthly fulfillment, we generally do not accept physical returns or exchanges after shipment.
Refunds, damaged packages, missing items, incorrect orders, lost mail, and replacements are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
7. Shipping and Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review the recipient’s name and mailing address carefully before submitting your order.
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Once a package has been transferred to a postal carrier, actual delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you believe an Adventure has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us according to the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Personalized Mail
Little Gospel Post may request a child’s first name or preferred name so that their mail can be personally addressed to them.
By providing a child’s name or other information for personalization, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian or otherwise have appropriate permission to provide that information for this purpose.
Please enter personalization information carefully. We are not responsible for spelling errors or other inaccuracies in information submitted by the purchaser.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct it if fulfillment has not already begun.
9. Products Intended for Children
Little Gospel Post products are designed for children, generally around ages 5–10, but every child develops differently.
A parent, guardian, or responsible adult should determine whether individual materials and activities are appropriate for their child and provide supervision when appropriate.
Our materials may contain small items, paper products, stickers, craft materials, or other components that may not be suitable for very young children.
Little Gospel Post is not responsible for use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose or applicable safety instructions.
10. Biblical and Educational Content
Little Gospel Post is a Christian faith-based product.
Our Adventures use Bible stories, Scripture references, original storytelling, fictional characters, illustrations, activities, and imaginative elements to help children engage with biblical narratives.
We currently use the New Living Translation (NLT) for Scripture references and quotations where applicable.
Nina and other Little Gospel Post characters and their personal experiences are fictional. We strive to distinguish imaginative storytelling from facts presented in Scripture and not to present invented details as biblical fact.
Little Gospel Post is intended as a supplemental family resource and is not a substitute for a family’s church, religious instruction, pastoral guidance, professional counseling, or other professional services.
11. Digital Grown-Up Guides and Other Digital Materials
Certain Adventures may include access to digital resources, including Grown-Up Guides, conversation prompts, Scripture references, activities, downloads, or other supplemental materials.
These resources are provided for personal and household use only.
Access to digital materials may change over time, and we do not guarantee that every supplemental digital resource will remain available indefinitely unless otherwise stated.
12. Intellectual Property
All original Little Gospel Post content is owned by or licensed to Little Gospel Post and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation, our:

Purchasing a subscription or product gives you permission to use the materials for your own personal or household use.
It does not give you permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, upload, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial products from our materials.
You may not scan or photograph complete Little Gospel Post materials for redistribution, upload paid materials for public download, reproduce our activities for a group or organization without permission, or resell digital copies of our content.
13. Sharing Within Your Household
A Little Gospel Post Adventure may be enjoyed by multiple members of the same household.
However, purchasing one subscription does not grant a license to reproduce the materials for classrooms, churches, schools, homeschool groups, children’s ministries, commercial programs, or other organizations.
Please contact us if you are interested in group, church, classroom, or organizational use.
14. Website Use
You agree not to use our website or services:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- To interfere with the operation or security of our website;
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or customer information;
- To copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit our website or content without permission;

- In a manner that infringes the rights of Little Gospel Post or another person.
We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe our website or services are being misused.
15. Product Availability
Little Gospel Post Adventures may be produced in limited quantities.
We cannot guarantee that a particular past, current, or future Adventure will always remain available.
Images shown on our website, advertisements, emails, or social media may include prototypes, mockups, styled photography, or representative product imagery. Actual products may have reasonable differences in color, printing, dimensions, packaging, placement, or other minor details.
We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue individual components of an Adventure when reasonably necessary.
16. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, gifts, referral incentives, or other special offers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Promotional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and exclusions may apply.
We reserve the right to correct, cancel, or refuse a promotion in cases of error, fraud, abuse, or misuse.
17. Gifts
Little Gospel Post subscriptions may be purchased for another recipient when gift purchasing is available.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient and shipping information and for ensuring they have appropriate permission to provide any personal information submitted about the recipient.
Recurring gift subscriptions will continue according to the billing terms presented at checkout unless canceled.
18. Third-Party Services
Our website and subscription experience may rely on third-party providers, including Shopify, subscription-management providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS providers, and other technology services.
Your use of certain features may also be subject to those providers’ applicable terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because Little Gospel Post is designed for families and children, we encourage adults to provide only the information reasonably necessary to personalize and deliver an Adventure.
20. SMS and Email Marketing
If you separately choose to receive marketing emails or text messages from Little Gospel Post, we may send promotional communications according to the consent you provided.
Marketing consent is not required to purchase a Little Gospel Post subscription.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. You may opt out of marketing text messages according to the instructions provided with those messages, such as replying STOP where applicable.
Transactional communications necessary to administer your order or subscription may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing communications.
21. Errors and Inaccuracies
Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, incorrect pricing, inaccurate product descriptions, or other mistakes.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will handle the situation in accordance with applicable law.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, content, products, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality products and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption or that every product will meet every individual child’s or family’s preferences.
Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Little Gospel Post and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
Where permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Little Gospel Post for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, subscription program, website, business practices, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on our website with the date it was last updated.
When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes affecting an existing subscription take effect.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Little Gospel Post is legally organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
